Medium-sized storage shelves are one of the many brands and specifications of industrial shelves. They are generally divided into standard and non-standard types: 1. Standard type: beautiful appearance, easy to install and disassemble (75mm pitch adjustment) bearing capacity of 100~350; 2. Non-standard type: characterized by large span and large load, novel appearance of 75mm pitch adjustment, bearing capacity of 300~1000.
Medium-sized shelves are strong and bearing capacity is large. Medium-sized shelves are widely used in shopping malls, supermarkets, enterprise warehouses and institutions.
Usually it is divided into medium A type shelves, medium B type shelves and medium C type shelves. Generally, it can be assembled and disassembled, and the height of the laminates can be adjusted; the load-bearing layer bears 200-800 kg; all metal parts of the shelf are treated with rust prevention, and the appearance is electrostatic sprayed; the medium-sized shelves are suitable for storing goods in large and medium-sized warehouses.

According to the weight of the shelves, we divide the medium shelves into two kinds:
1. Medium-sized shelf A: Medium-sized shelf is mainly composed of pillars, beams, pallets and laminates. Its main characteristics are bolt-free connection, easy assembly and disassembly (assembly/disassembly can be carried out only by rubber hammer). It has beautiful appearance and is suitable for manual access to goods. Its carrying capacity is usually 200 KG-400 KG/floor, and it can meet most of the requirements of use. The main parts of medium-sized shelves are made of cold sheet metal, which can be adjusted up and down freely according to 50mm spacing. In order to facilitate the operator to access the goods, the total height of shelves usually does not exceed 2 meters. If using the climbing equipment, the height of shelves can reach up to 3 meters. It can be used alone or spliced freely into various arrangement modes.
2. Medium-sized shelf B: Medium-sized shelf B has a maximum of 3 meters, and the effective standard load of each floor is 500-800kg. The column specifications are 55*47*2.0mm special shelf column high-quality profiles. Medium-sized shelves are assembled with pillars, crossbeams, crossbeams, diagonal braces and self-locking bolts, which can effectively prevent the instability of the shelves caused by loosening bolts; the beams are made of special cold-rolled P-shaped closed beams, which are simple, reliable, light in weight, strong in bearing capacity and low in cost; and special design safety pins are equipped when the pillars are connected with the pillars to ensure that the beams are not subjected to external impact. The laminates are strip laminates, which are popular in the world. The thickness of the laminates and the number of reinforcing bars determine the loading requirements. They have the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, wear resistance, simple replacement and low maintenance cost. Medium-sized shelf B can be arranged freely in the form of main and auxiliary shelves; can use the stability of medium-sized shelf B to build attic shelves; suitable for manual access, or with parts boxes, turnover boxes supporting the loading of scattered heavy goods.
