4. Conveyor system: the main peripheral equipment of the three-dimensional storehouse, responsible for transporting goods to or from the stacker to remove goods. There are many kinds of conveyors, such as roller conveyor, chain conveyor, elevator, distributor, elevator, belt conveyor and so on.
5. AGV system: auto-steering car. According to its guiding mode, it can be divided into inductive guiding car and laser guiding car.
6. Automatic control system: the automatic control system that drives the equipment of the automatic stereo library system. Fieldbus is the main mode of control.
7. Storage information management system: also known as central computer management system. It is the core of the fully automated three-dimensional library system. 1. Shelf
The design of shelves is an important part of the design of three-dimensional warehouse, which directly affects the area and space utilization of the three-dimensional warehouse.
(1) Shelf form: There are many forms of shelves, and the shelves used in automated warehouses are generally: beam shelves, bracket shelves, mobile shelves, etc. When designing, it can be reasonably selected according to the shape size, weight and other relevant factors of the cargo unit.
(2) Shelf size: Shelf size depends on the clearance between the cargo unit and the shelf column, cross beam (bracket). The same pair, to a certain extent, is also affected by the shelf structure and other factors.
2. Stacker
Stacker is the core equipment of the whole automated warehouse. It can carry goods from one place to another by manual operation, semi-automatic operation or full-automatic operation. It consists of frame (upper beam, lower beam, column), horizontal walking mechanism, lifting mechanism, cargo platform, fork and electrical control system.
(1) Determining the form of stacker: There are various types of stacker, including single-track roadway stacker, double-track roadway stacker, rotary roadway stacker, single-column stacker, double-column stacker and so on.
(2) The determination of stacker speed: According to the flow requirement of the warehouse, the horizontal speed, lifting speed and fork speed of the stacker are calculated.
(3) Other parameters and configurations: according to the warehouse site situation and user requirements, the positioning mode and communication mode of the stacker are selected. The configuration of the stacker can be high or low, depending on the specific situation.
