Steel platform rack is also called working platform. Modern steel platform has various forms and functions. Its structure is characterized by full assembly structure, flexible design and wide application in modern storage.
Engineering structures made of steel are usually composed of beams, columns and plates made of profiled steel and steel plates, which are joined by welds, screws or rivets.

2. Safety Maintenance of Steel Platform Shelf

1. Steel platform shelves should be equipped with load-limiting plates.
2. The shelf point and the upper tie point of the steel platform rack must be located on the building, not on the scaffolding and other construction facilities, and the support system must not be connected with the scaffolding.
3. Concrete beams and slabs at shelf points of steel platform shelves shall be embedded and connected with bolts of the platform.
4. The horizontal angle between the wire rope and the platform should be 45 degrees to 60 degrees.
5. The beam and column of the upper tie point of the steel platform rack should check the tensile strength to ensure the safety of the building and platform.
6. Clasps should be used in steel platform shelves, and hooks should not be directly hooked to platform rings.
7. When installing the steel platform rack, special hooks should be used to fasten the steel rope, and no less than three clamps should be adopted when other ways are adopted. Soft cushions should be lined at the steel rope around the sharp corner of the building, and the outer outlet of the steel platform should be slightly higher than the inner one.
8. The left and right sides of the steel platform rack must be fixed like railings and hung with a close-eyed safety net.
