Heavy-duty mold rack is a kind of mold rack which mainly stores various mold items.
Mold rack is a kind of rack, abbreviated as die rack. Mainly store a variety of mold items, according to the requirements of loading capacity can be divided into light mold shelves and heavy mold shelves. The top of the shelf can be equipped with a mobile hoist truck to facilitate the lifting of the mould.
Light-duty die rack is made of 100 *50mmC section steel as special column, which is rolled by one-time rolling mill from high quality Q235 strip. Heavy-duty die rack uses heavy-duty rack as the whole frame, and installs guide rails and drawer pans on the rack pillars. Generally, no less than 90 x 70 columns are required.
2. Production Technology of Heavy Mold Shelf
The die rack is made up of pillars and pull rods. The guide groove is installed on the pillars. The upper and lower parts are connected and fixed by crossbeams. Then the drawer tray is installed in the guide groove. The limit pin and guide rail are upper, and the roof is laid at last. If there is no traveling crane in the factory building, skyscrapers and cranes can also be erected on the shelf posts, and manual or electric hoists can be installed. Skyscrapers shall be welded with beams not less than 100 x 50. After blackembryo is finished, the whole parts can be packaged and shipped by shot peening, oil removal, rust removal and the last surface treatment process of plastic spraying.

2. Drawer dishes are mainly composed of slides and drawer dishes. Drawer disc is composed of frame and steel plate welded by rectangular pipe and bending parts. Each slide rail is fixed by two bearings, which can roll freely in the guide groove. It has small resistance and can easily pull out the drawer.
3. For the sake of safety, the positioning pin and limit pin are designed to ensure the safety of the drawer plate when it is pulled out.
4. The shelf layer of light mould is 200-800kg/layer. Heavy drawer shelves are loaded in 800-1500kg/floor.
5. Mold rack occupies less space, layers are important, classification is detailed and operation is simple.
6. Mould rack can also be used as drawer tray on the cross beam of the shelf, which can save cost and make the structure more stable.
