2. Material of Medium Shelf

They are beautiful and generous in appearance and suitable for manual access to goods. Their carrying capacity is usually 200 KG-400 KG/layer, which can meet most of the requirements of use. The main parts of medium shelves are cold rolled steel sheets. It can be adjusted up and down freely according to the distance of 50mm. In order to facilitate the operator's access to the goods, the total height of the shelf usually does not exceed 2 meters. If using the climbing equipment, the maximum height of the shelf can reach 3 meters. It can be used alone or spliced freely into various arrangement modes. Medium-sized shelf is a combination design. It is very convenient to disassemble, assemble and transport. It saves time and labor to move and move. It has irreplaceable advantages of traditional welding shelf. Medium shelf products are subject to rigorous room temperature load test.

3. Medium shelf structure
1. Medium-sized shelf columns are rolled and formed by cold-rolled steel sheet by special cold-bending forming unit. The front of shelf columns is punched with double rows of holes. The holes are arranged along a straight line at a distance of 50 mm. The holes of shelf columns are used for hanging cross beams. The two shelf columns are opposite, and the two shelf columns are assembled into shelf columns by transverse connecting tubes and inclined connecting tubes.

2. Medium-sized shelf beams are made of "P" tube, commonly known as "stepped beams", and the height of the stepped beams matches the height of the middle-sized shelf laminates.

3. Medium-sized shelf steel laminates are formed by bending cold-rolled steel plates on four sides according to the required size.

4. Medium-sized shelf beams and shelf pillars are connected and assembled into shelf frame. Finally, steel laminates are laid to form a complete set of medium-sized shelves.

5. After the parts of the medium shelf are processed and moulded, the finished products are assembled by grinding, pickling, phosphating, automatic powder electrostatic spraying and drying. The finished products of medium shelves are smooth and beautiful.

6. The height of medium shelf can be adjusted arbitrarily with the minimum pitch of 50mm, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.

Medium-sized shelves are composed of pillars, beams and laminates. An independent group has two pillars. Such shelves are called main shelves.
If several groups are assembled into one column, the other groups can share one column with the group in front of them except the first group which needs two columns. Such shelves are called sub-shelves. This can save space and reduce costs.
If the shelf is to be moved frequently, it is recommended to use the main shelf.  The shelves connected by the main rack and the auxiliary rack must follow the main rack.
