Medium shelf structure:
Medium-sized shelves belong to a kind of storage shelves, shelf type, usually shelves carrying 150 kg/-600 kg layer. Beams and columns are connected and assembled into frames, and steel laminates are laid at last, as shown in the figure: a complete set of medium-sized shelves.

The finished shelf surface is smooth and beautiful, and the shelf layer can be adjusted arbitrarily according to 50mm pitch, so it is easy to disassemble and assemble.

Classification of medium shelves:
The standard type of medium-sized shelves has beautiful appearance, wide application, convenient installation and disassembly, and large load-bearing capacity of non-standard large-span. In practical application, they are divided into A-type shelves and B-type shelves.
Medium A shelf: bolt-free design, easy installation, reliable structure. The use of steel laminates, columns, beams, the entire shelf does not use bolt connection, easy installation and disassembly. The main and secondary connection forms are adopted, and the stability is strong.

Medium B shelf: The frame form of beams and columns with sockets and handlebars. Applicable to man-made delivery. B-type medium shelves are used in various industries, low cost, safety, reliability, assembly and disassembly is very simple. It can be used independently or in combination.

Characteristics of medium shelves:
1. Full-assembled structure, optional combination, convenient installation and disassembly;
2. Optimizing the cross-section of shelf materials, choosing a variety of pipes to improve the bearing capacity;
3. Separation bracing can be used to strengthen the connection between adjacent back-to-back columns. The bottom of the column can be used with ground nails to improve safety and reliability.
4. Suitable for general manual or stacker delivery, and large storage enterprises to use.
